Name That Landmark - Street View

The target landmark is the London Eye located on the south bank of the River Thames in London, England. We were there in October of 2005 on our way back from Anna Szot's wedding in Warsaw. We didn't have much time in London, but we took in quite a few major landmarks. Can you name the following pair of landmarks we photographed from our nighttime ride on the London Eye?

I believe I see Chelsea Bridge (opened 1937, first self-anchored suspension bridge in Britian), Albert Bridge (opened 1873, Nicknamed "The Trembling Lady" because of its tendency to vibrate when large numbers of people walked over it), Westminster Bridge (opened 1862, only bridge over the Thames that spans seven arches), Battersea Power Station?, Portcullis House (providing offices for 210 Members of Parliament and their staff), Westminster Abbey, and The Palace of Westminster (Including the three illuminated towers Victoria Tower, Central Tower, and the clock tower containing Big Ben)
