RV Odyssey Day 2

Today was another long driving day. We've had a problem with the kitchen drawers opening when driving around a corner or tight curve. So we stopped at Lowes this morning to pick up some magnetic drawer latches but I haven't installed them yet. After gassing up we started another driving day. We stopped in a rest area for lunch. Yesterday's lunch and dinner, and today's breakfast and lunch were all food we brought in the RV.  Dinner tonight was from a McDonald's not far from our KOA campsite near Macon, GA.  So far the RV is running nicely.

Your campsite was on a private residence??

Colleen, yes it was. We joined Harvest Host/Boondockers Welcome. You can probably Google them to learn more about them. They are basically either private residences or a small business that allow you to spend the night on their property. No frills like swimming pools etc that we would not use if they were available so we felt like it would be useful for sleeping for the night.
