We are about to depart for Iceland. It is the new hot tourist destination and United Airlines opened a new route there this year which piqued our interest. We're flying to Reykjavik (Rake yah vick) with a connection in Frankfurt each way. It's a roundabout itinerary, but it all adds to the lifetime premier status goal.
We'll have about four days of sightseeing, and have planned out the points of interest we hope to include. It's a new destination for us and sure to be an adventure.
